CANCELLATION AND RETURN CONDITIONS
GENERAL:
- By placing an electronic order through this website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales agreement presented to you.
- Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of purchased products.
- Shipping costs, which are the product delivery expenses, shall be paid by the Buyers.
- Each purchased product shall be delivered to the Buyer or the person/institution designated by the Buyer within a maximum of 30 days, provided that this period is not exceeded. If the product is not delivered within this period, Buyers may terminate the agreement.
- The purchased product must be delivered complete, in accordance with the characteristics specified in the order, and, if applicable, with documents such as a warranty certificate and user manual.
- If the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the Seller must notify the Buyer in writing within 3 days from the date of becoming aware of the situation and must refund the total price to the Buyer within 14 days.
IF THE PRODUCT PRICE IS NOT PAID:
If the Buyer does not pay for the purchased product or cancels the payment in the bank records, the Seller's obligation to deliver the product shall cease.
PURCHASES MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARDS:
If, after delivery of the product, it is determined that the Buyer’s credit card was unlawfully used by unauthorized persons and the product price is not paid to the Seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the Buyer must return the product to the Seller within 3 days, with the shipping costs borne by the Seller.
IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES:
If unforeseeable force majeure occurs and the product cannot be delivered on time, the Buyer shall be informed. The Buyer may request the cancellation of the order, replacement of the product with a similar one, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the Buyer cancels the order, and the payment was made in cash, the Seller shall refund the Buyer within 14 days. If payment was made by credit card, the Seller shall refund the product price to the bank within 14 days; however, the bank may transfer it to the Buyer’s account within 2–3 weeks.
BUYER’S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:
The Buyer must inspect the product/service before receiving it. Damaged or defective products/services (such as crushed, broken, torn packaging) should not be accepted from the courier company. Products/services accepted shall be deemed undamaged and in good condition. After delivery, the Buyer must carefully preserve the product/service. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product/service must not be used. The invoice must also be returned with the product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal from the agreement within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery to themselves or to the person/institution at the address indicated, without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without giving any reason, by notifying the Seller through the contact details below.

DURATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
- If the purchased item is a service, this 14-day period starts from the date of contract signing. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in service contracts where the performance of the service has begun with the consumer’s approval before the withdrawal period expires.
- The costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the Seller.
- In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing by registered mail, fax, or e-mail within the 14-day period, and the product must be unused in accordance with the “Products That Cannot Be Returned” provisions of this agreement.
CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY
GENERAL:

- Shipping costs (delivery charges) are to be paid by the Buyers.
- Each purchased product shall be delivered to the Buyer or the person/institution indicated by the Buyer within 30 days, not exceeding the legal maximum period. If the product is not delivered within this period, the Buyer may terminate the agreement.
- The purchased product must be delivered complete, in conformity with the specifications stated in the order, and accompanied by warranty certificates, user manuals, and other documents, if any.
- If the purchased product becomes impossible to deliver, the Seller must notify the Buyer in writing within 3 days and refund the total amount to the Buyer within 14 days.
IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT IS NOT PAID FOR:
If the Buyer does not pay for the product or cancels the payment in bank records, the Seller's obligation to deliver the product shall end.
UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD:
If, after delivery, it is determined that the Buyer's credit card has been unlawfully used by unauthorized persons and the product price is not paid to the Seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the Buyer must return the product to the Seller within 3 days, with shipping costs borne by the Seller.
DELIVERY FAILURE DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES:
If unforeseen force majeure occurs and the product cannot be delivered on time, the Buyer will be informed. The Buyer may request cancellation of the order, replacement with a similar product, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the Buyer cancels the order, and the payment was made in cash, a refund will be made within 14 days. If payment was made by credit card, the refund will be processed within 14 days, but the bank may take 2-3 weeks to reflect it to the Buyer’s account.
BUYER'S DUTY TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:
The Buyer must inspect the product/service before accepting delivery; damaged, broken, or defective goods must not be accepted from the shipping company. Accepted goods are deemed to be in good condition. If the Buyer intends to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must not be used and must be returned with the invoice.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the product to themselves or to the designated person/institution, without any legal or penal liability and without providing any justification, by notifying the Seller through the contact information below.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:
- If the purchased product is a service, the 14-day period begins from the date the contract is signed. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if service performance begins with the consumer's approval before the withdrawal period expires.
- The costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the Seller.
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notice must be sent to the Seller via registered mail, fax, or e-mail within 14 (fourteen) days, and the product must not be used in accordance with the "Products Not Eligible for Withdrawal" section of this agreement.
USE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
- The invoice of the product delivered to the Buyer or a third party must be returned. (If the invoice is issued to a company, a return invoice issued by the company must also be sent. Returns cannot be completed without a return invoice.)
- The return form and the product, including its box, packaging, and standard accessories, must be returned complete and undamaged.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
You may return purchased products within 14 (fourteen) days from delivery, provided the packaging is unopened. To return, complete the return form on the back of the invoice and send the product with a copy of the invoice to the return address below.
- Products must be in their original box/packaging, intact, and resalable.
- Gifted products must also be returned intact with packaging. Incomplete returns will not be accepted.
- Campaign or promotional products must be returned with their original packaging.
- Cosmetics can only be returned if unopened.
- The Seller must refund the Buyer within 10 days of receiving the withdrawal notice and collect the product within 20 days.
- If the product loses value due to the Buyer's fault, the Buyer is liable for compensation. Normal usage during the withdrawal period is excluded.
If the withdrawal causes the Buyer’s purchase total to fall below the campaign threshold, the discount is canceled.
Returns can be made via MNG Cargo with a return code. If another courier is used, shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.
Refunds are processed immediately once approved, but reflection to the card/account depends on the bank.
PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR WITHDRAWAL:
- Products prepared in line with the Buyer’s request or personal needs; underwear, swimwear bottoms, cosmetics, disposable products, perishable goods, products unsuitable for return for health/hygiene once opened, mixed/indistinguishable products, periodicals (newspapers, magazines), digital content, software, CDs/DVDs opened by the Buyer, etc.
- Cosmetics, personal care, underwear, swimwear, books, software, DVDs/CDs, and stationery consumables must be unopened, unused, and intact.
DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES:
If the Buyer defaults on credit card payments, they agree to pay interest under their agreement with their bank. In such cases, the bank may initiate legal proceedings, and all related costs and attorney fees will be borne by the Buyer. The Buyer also agrees to compensate the Seller for damages caused by late payment.
