COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC MESSAGE INFORMATION AND CONSENT TEXT

According to the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, a commercial electronic message refers to messages containing data, audio, or visual content that are sent electronically for commercial purposes through means such as telephone, call centers, fax, automatic calling machines, smart voice recording systems, email, or SMS services.

Commercial electronic messages may only be sent to recipients with their prior consent. This consent can be obtained in writing, via any electronic communication tools, or through the Message Management System (“İYS”). Recipients may, at any time and without providing any reason, refuse to receive commercial electronic messages and withdraw their consent. Therefore, even if you give your consent to receive commercial electronic messages, you may refuse to receive them at any time without providing any reason by following the link in the message or through the İYS. Within this scope, we present this information text to inform you that our Company may send you commercial electronic messages for the purposes of informing you about our Company, its activities, products, services, advertisements, promotions, and commercial activities, as well as celebrations, and for marketing and communication purposes. Commercial electronic messages will only be sent to you if you give your consent.

Pursuant to Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, I acknowledge that I have been provided with the necessary information, that I have read and understood this information form, and that my statement below, obtained in this manner, is valid. I give my consent to be contacted in compliance with the law by Baraksoy Kozmetik ve Sağlık Hizmetleri San. Ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. (Cerisier) or by third parties providing services under a confidentiality obligation on behalf of or for our Company, via email, SMS/text messages, push notifications, social media and other online advertising networks, automated calls, computer, telephone, fax, email, Bluetooth and other wireless networks, and other electronic communication tools, regarding various promotions, advertisements, sales and marketing activities, celebrations, greetings, and information about our Company’s products, services, and events. I understand that I can refuse to receive commercial electronic messages at any time without providing any reason.
