When Will My Order Be Shipped?

Products you order will be handed over to the shipping company for delivery to your address within an average of 3 business days after your order is confirmed. Weekends and public holidays are not included in this period, and in some cases, the delivery time may be extended.

Which Shipping Company Will Deliver My Order?

Your orders are shipped with our contracted courier companies to be delivered to your address. The delivery period is based on the delivery times provided by the contracted courier company after the shipping notification is sent following your order confirmation email.

The delivery period is a maximum of thirty (30) days from the date the order confirmation email is sent and the contract is concluded. In regions where the courier company delivers only once a week, in cases of incorrect or incomplete shipping details, or due to certain social events or natural disasters, delays beyond the stated period may occur. Cerisier cannot be held responsible for such delays.

If the product is to be delivered to a person/institution other than the Buyer, Cerisier is not responsible for any extra shipping costs arising from the recipient’s refusal to accept the delivery, incorrect delivery details, and/or the Buyer not being present at the address. If the product(s) have not reached the Buyer within the specified period, you must contact our Customer Service to create a record for delivery issues.

Damaged Packages

If the package is damaged, it should not be accepted, and a report should be filed with the courier company’s representative. If the courier representative claims that the package is not damaged, the Buyer should request to open the package there and check that the products are undamaged, and to have the situation documented with a report. Once the package is accepted by the Buyer, it will be deemed that the courier company has fully fulfilled its duty. If the damaged package is not accepted and a report is filed, this situation must be reported to Cerisier in writing as soon as possible along with the Buyer’s copy of the report.
